Parents choose whether to share their own location
A parent can use Guardian’s family safety tools without being required to broadcast their own position. Adult location sharing is an optional family choice, not a condition of viewing an authorised child device.
Families can agree when adult sharing is useful—for example during a pickup or shared journey—and leave it disabled during the rest of the day.
Guardian is not an emergency service. Location and notifications can be affected by GPS, connectivity, permissions, battery settings and operating-system restrictions.
