When SOS is activated on a connected child device, Guardian can alert trusted family adults and include the latest available location and device context. That information can help the family decide who should call, travel or seek further assistance.
Notification delivery and location accuracy cannot be guaranteed. In an immediate emergency, the child or responding adult should contact the emergency services directly.
Guardian is not an emergency service. Location and notifications can be affected by GPS, connectivity, permissions, battery settings and operating-system restrictions.
